Hit - 263
Expertise - 26
Armor Penetration - 1260 to be @ 100%
Str - don't gem for it
Crit - don't gem for it
Haste - you don't want this at all

Everything about this spec is physical damage except death coil, diseases, icy touch, plague strike.  ArP will greatly enhance this spec.

4.Gear
Plate Gear with ArP/Hit/Expertise

Gem full ArP/Relentless Earthsiege Meta - you can cap ArP without getting rid of the AV ring

5.Rotation
Open with: IT>PS>HS>HS
Maintain: OB>OB>HS>HS>HS>Pestilence (use death coil when RP is available)

Obliterates equal 2 death runes, 2 OBs= 4 death runes.  The point of this is spamming Heart Strike as much as possible.  Pestilence is thrown in so you don't have to refresh diseases via IT/PS.

Dancing Rune weapon has a 1.5mil CD - pop this @ the start of the fight and again during bloodlust
Hysteria has a 3 minute cooldown - pop it with DRP for max damage
Death Coil - use whenever you have the runic power but don't do it to the point that your diseases fall off

IBF and AMS to reduce damage of course - you'll have a lot of self healing going on - PTR wise I did 17-19k OB crits and 14k or so HS crits.

Best weapon would be shadowmourne or shadow's edge, trinket's being DBW and the event trinket/DC/WFS.

Keep in mind that going blood requires completely different gear requirements than unholy.

Unholy:
Hit
Expertise
Str
Crit
ArP
Haste

So you can't get the same effects from an unholy set that you do a blood set.  On the PTR my unholy set was @ 70% passive ArP, the difference being I gemmed for 20% more for blood.  And since the more ArP you have, the better it scales, a 90% arp set vs. a 70% one won't perform as well.
